Our facilities are certified by the IFS (International Food Standard), which allows us to guarantee the security and safety of our products. We also have the BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification, with great recognition for exporting our products.

BRC, for the scope of activities: pasteurized, cutting and slicing of soft cheese, semi-cured and cured (cow, sheep, goat or mixture) refrigerated, packaging in vacuum, modified atmosphere and oil.

IFS, for the scope of activities: elaboration of soft cheeses, cured and semi-cured (cow, sheep or goat or mixture) chilled, whole, chopped or sliced vacuum-packed, modified atmosphere (flow pack) and oil in plastic bucket or vacuum. Exclusion: concentrated serum and cream.


Our company, Gregorio Díaz-Miguel S.A. has also the certification that allows us to fabricate Manchego Cheese with Denomination of Origin in our facilities.
