CHEESE IN OLIVE OIL – 6 months curing
Definition: Cheese made with pasteurized mixed milk of cow, sheep and goat. Once the cheese has matured properly, it is immersed in olive oil and improves its flavor.
Ingredients: Cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk , olive oil, rennet, lactic ferments , calcium chloride and salt.
Presentation: Whole wheels in plastic containers and wedges in vacuum packed.
Storage Temperature: Keep cool and dry.
Shelf life: 12 months.
